At Le Saint-Julien, our new Mixology and Spirits Consultant and his team of Marine and Aurélien are passionate about the art of mixology. They offer a cocktail menu created in collaboration with Jérémy Lauilhé, Meilleur Ouvrier de France and renowned mixologist. Whether with or without alcohol, each signature cocktail tells a story and has been created to give you a real visual and taste experience. Through a meticulous selection of products, they will showcase the expertise of local producers.
