From June 19 to September 29, Hotel Saint-Julien hosts Anema for its 3rd edition : a pop-up restaurant set on the leafy private terrace for the summer. This convivial spot showcases seasonal cuisine inspired by local produce and Mediterranean flavours. The Anema restaurant reopens this winter on December 4 and will welcome guests until the end of the 2026 All Saints' Day holidays. True to its friendly spirit, it will offer a menu inspired by local, seasonal, and market-fresh produce, adapted to winter flavors.
Opening hours: Thursday to Monday, closed Tuesday and Wednesday. Exceptionally closed on December 25 and January 1, special opening for dinner on December 31.
