The beautiful story of ANEMA continues: a table open to chefs from here and abroad, initiated by Antoine & Maxence, and taken over this year by Chef Javier Meneses. Throughout the summer, ANEMA will become his creative space, where gastronomy becomes an art of living. Javier's cuisine is characterized by simplicity and the use of coals, offering strong, balanced flavors thanks to a variety of peppers. Javier's residency with Anema is also dedicated to committed, produce-friendly cooking.
