A graduate of the Lycée hôtelier de Toulouse and then of Biarritz, Bastien Vayssiere worked in the luxury hotel industry in Deauville, St Tropez and Courchevel for five years. Originally from the South-West, he then returned to his roots in Toulouse, where he worked in establishments in the pink city before creating wine bars. Today he is the managing partner of Maître Renard, a convivial wine bar and Bouillon Languedoc, a traditional brasserie in the heart of Toulouse. You will find a menu to share with original presentations, such as smoked salmon, panko prawns and duck barbecue in its wine box.
