OUR APPROACH:
Put our LOCAL PRODUCers into light

At the Hotel Saint-Julien, local consumption is close to our hearts.  Working with local merchants and producers is often a guarantee of quality products and responsible consumption. This is, in any case, what we have chosen to promote within the hotels of the Ginto Collection.

This approach is anchored in the values of quality, transparency and proximity promoted by Ginto Hotels. It is in line with the desire to preserve the identity and character of the hotels by highlighting their neighbourhoods and regions. Discover below a selection of our favourite producers from Biarritz and the Basque coast.

Our breakfast has received the Ocean Friendly Restaurant label from Surfrider Europe. This program was designed to encourage restaurant owners to make a green transition and demonstrate their commitment to sustainability through concrete actions.

We offer a variety of pastries and products, all 100% homemade and, of course, made with love. Pancakes, cookies, minute eggs, cakes, cakes and granola... All made with products from our region 💚

We owe the success of our ready-made eggs and "homemade" pastries to the quality of the eggs from Beroy Farm, The hens are raised organically, in the open air.

📍Cames, 64520

Our dairy products come from the Idiartea farm, where Jon Harlouchet raises twenty dairy cows producing organic milk which he then transforms into delicious yoghurts.Parmufied with honey or Loreztia jam, a handful of homemade granola or fruit: they're the perfect complement to your breakfast.

📍 Bussunarritz, 64220

To sweeten your breakfast, we offer honey and artisanal jams from the Basque country, made with love and passion by Loreztia. For larger groups, we propose a chocolate hazelnut spread from the Basque house of Miguelgorry: Basquella, organic and without palm oil.
