Anema returns to hotel saint-julien for a flavorful 3rd edition
The 3rd edition of the Chef Residency at Hôtel Saint-Julien in Biarritz, Anema, is officially underway!
This summer residency celebrates seasonal and market-driven cuisine while shining a spotlight on the new generation of culinary talent.
From June 19 to September 3, Anema’s kitchen will be entrusted to Chef Léa Etchegoyhen, joined by her trusted partner and sous-chef, Louise Boiron. Together, they will offer both locals and visitors an honest, flavorful, and generous cuisine crafted with heart and passion.
